Mass Email Message - KeyHelp Knowledge Base

With the mass email function, you can easily reach your users and administrators via email and inform them about upcoming maintenance work or changes, for example.

The Input Fields

From	Set the sender address of the message. You can also specify a sender name using the form "Name <email@domain.com>". To avoid possible SPF warnings, the domain of the sender's address should be managed by the server itself.
To	Select the recipients of the message using the checkboxes. The number in parentheses after the group names represents the number of accounts in this group.
Subject	Enter the subject.
Message text	Enter the content of your message.

Because it is possible in KeyHelp to create user accounts without an email address, KeyHelp may inform you that there are accounts without an email address. A click on the name of a displayed username brings you to its user profile.

This message serves only as a hint. By clicking on the button to send the email the delivery will be carried out for all desired accounts with a stored email address.
