Administrator Account Overview - KeyHelp Knowledge Base

Administrators have wide-ranging rights in KeyHelp and can access all functions to make settings and changes.

After clicking on "User Administration", the currently existing KeyHelp admin accounts are displayed in the upper area.

To create a new administrator, click the button:

Meanings of the icons

Main administrators are marked with this symbol.

Unlike normal administrators, main administrators can view and edit white label settings and create, edit and delete other administrator accounts.

Edit the corresponding administrator account.

Delete the corresponding administrator account.

Note: The currently logged on administrator cannot edit himself via this menu.
For this purpose, use the profile settings ( Additional Navigation Bar | My Profile ).
