Time-controlled suspension / deletion of user account

You can suspend or delete user accounts on a time-controlled basis.
To do this, navigate to the user for whom you want to perform the action in user management and open the user for editing.
If you scroll down to the bottom of the screen that now opens, you will be led to "Additional options".

Suspend a User Account

When suspending a user account, the user's access to KeyHelp, FTP (including additionally created FTP accounts), SSH and email accounts is blocked.

To set a block date, click in the input field. If your browser supports it, a date picker is displayed, in which you can determine the desired lock date. If no such window opens, enter the date in the format YYYYY-MM-DD. For December 31, 2017, enter "2017-12-31".

The user is then suspended at 00:00 on the specified date.

You can also mark a user for immediate locking by selecting the "Block immediately" radio button.

To unlock an already scheduled block, select the radio button "Not set / Unsuspended".

Delete a User Account

To specify a deletion date, click in the input field. If your browser supports it, a date picker is displayed, in which you can determine the desired deletion date. If no such window opens, enter the date in the format YYYYY-MM-DD. For December 31, 2017, enter "2017-12-31".

The user is then deleted on the specified date at 00:00 with all its assigned resources.

To cancel an already scheduled deletion, select the "Not set" radio button.
